EXCELCUT 2247 - cutting oil

Excelcut 2247 is a light coloured neat cutting oil used for arduous machining operations on high tensile steels. Excelcut 2247 is manufactured from highly refined paraffinic mineral oils combined with high levels of light coloured controlled release sulphurised esters and corrosion inhibitors.

Excelcut 2247 is suitable for the majority of most heavy duty machining operations, including gear cutting, and thread rolling. It may also be used for deep drawing and cold heading. Excelcut 2247 is in a class of its own when used on difficult form tool work.
