EXCELCUT 403 - cutting and grinding oil

Excelcut 403 is a highly refined, dark coloured medium viscosity neat cutting and honing oil.

Excelcut 403 is manufactured from solvent refined paraffinic mineral oils and “active” controlled release sulphurised esters. Excelcut 403 is totally chlorine free, which is an important feature when considering disposal or recycling. The high levels of controlled release additives provide superior surface finish, extended tool life and low chip welding tendencies. Excelcut 403 also contains special anti-mist additives for improved visibility of the work piece, and to help provide an improved working environment.

Excelcut 403 is suitable for honing, heavy duty machining, milling, tapping, turning and automatic/CNC machining of tough ferrous and stainless materials.
