EXCELCUT 431 - cutting oil

Excelcut 431 is a neat cutting oil blended from solvent refined paraffinic mineral oil combined with light coloured controlled release sulphurised esters, lubricity additives and anti-mist additives. The unique sulphurised additive contained in Excelcut 431 shows low reactivity towards yellow metals whilst providing the necessary extreme pressure properties required during use. This together with the added lubricity ensures very good tool life and superb finish.

Excelcut 431 is suitable for use on a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous materials. Excelcut 431 is suitable for medium duty machining, milling, tapping, turning and automatic/CNC machining of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
