Tire fitting

Before fitting the new wheels, the wheel center axle and bolts are cleaned with a grease to prevent the bolting area from drying out and to prevent metal dust from corrosion and friction. The craftsmen will tighten the wheels with a dynamic torque wrench, which tightens the bolts with the appropriate force.

When unscrewing and screwing, screwdriving bits according to the specifics of the discs are used. In the case of secret screws, they are screwed with special care. During installation, the tire seat is thoroughly cleaned and the old balancing weights are removed. Black balancing weights are used for black discs. Care and best practice are followed throughout the assembly process.

The air valves will also be checked for damage and air leaks during installation. The tires are inflated to the air pressure specified by the car manufacturer.
